Shuswap's Moriah was born healthy and unassisted, and has thrived every day since. Her dam, Honeychild of Tatlayoko, has a strong topline, great udder, as well as fantastic calving and mothering instincts. 

Moriah has been gaining well with good conformation and a beautiful coat. She has a calm and tolerant temperament, with a healthy natural respect for personal space. She is well used to contact with her handlers and has a good deal of trust, but does prefer to keep a respectful distance which makes moving her from pasture to pasture a breeze. She has been successfully trained on portable electric fencing and moves well through handling systems and chutes.
