Grain and Grass Finished Beef

We produce quality highland beef, raised on grass pasture.

Our standard beef is grain-finished with local certified organic grain, or optionally grass-finished if reserved ahead with an order of minimum one side.

All our beef is aged for 14 days. 

We sell frozen retail beef, as well as pre-ordered wholes, halves, and quarters.

We raise a growing young herd of quality registered purebred Highland cattle, from breeding and calving to backgrounding and finishing.

Robust genetic health is our primary focus from year to year, as we aim for a high standard in our developing management program.

We currently have one registered heifer for sale.

You will find us around the Shuswap and North Okanagan providing custom haying and seeding services, prioritizing small and mid-size farms.
