Grass and Grain Finished Beef

We produce quality highland beef, raised and finished on grass pasture for 29 months. Our beef can be purely grass finished, or grain finished depending on your preference.

The grain we use to finish is certified organic.

All our beef is aged for 21 days. 

We sell frozen retail beef, as well as pre-ordered wholes, halves, and quarters.

We raise a growing young herd of quality registered purebred Highland cattle, from breeding and calving to backgrounding and finishing.

Herd genetic health is our primary focus from year to year, as we aim for a high standard in our developing management program.

We currently have two registered heifer calves for sale.

You will find us around the Shuswap and North Okanagan providing custom haying and seeding services, prioritizing small and mid-size farms.
